Well today was the last day of school and my kids only had a half day today. They are already at each other's throat. Sigh... They are soooo going to summer camp! lol
My poor son has been battling with a bad asthma spell here lately. He keeps me up all night. You know it's weird. Is it just my children who seem to have worse cold/asthma symptoms at night? They'll be fine all day and it seems like as soon as their heads hits the pillow, they start coughing! Well, I was told that switching my son to soy milk instead of whole milk can really make a difference in his asthma. So I bought him some vanilla soy milk and he just loves it! So does my daughter! So we'll try that and see if it doesn't help him. Mommy needs some SLEEP at night. lol

Well, it's been a long long while since I've been able to blog! It's funny. I pay for the service EVERY single month! I should probably do something with the money I've dished out! lol.
For those who don't know, there's a new category in the store! Our Downloads category! Every single month I'll feature a new goodie for you! It may not always be a kit but It'll always be something fun!
Also, I have some big big news! I've been invited to design in a fantastic new shop! Do you think you can guess which one it is?? If you can, you might just get an email with something good in there for you to play with! I'm so excited and honored to be joining their team.
I can give no clues as to the new shop as of yet but check back soon and I might give you some peeky poo's at all the new stuff I've been cooking up for you!!
I don't know about some designers, but sometimes I get into a realy scrappy rut! And I've been in a serious one lately! I haven't scrapped one photo in like 3 or 4 months!! But I bought some awesome new goodies from WST and that was all it took! Take a look at what I picked up!
OMG right!! We're going to Disney in September and I'm soooo using this for our pics to Wild Kingdom!!

So I might be a WST junkie, right! You don't EVEN want to see my WST folder! I just love those girlies. I haven't used a lot of their stuff yet but I am! lol
I did manage to get a few LO's done. And I think I really want to try some hybrid projects. So I ordered some Maya Road, Basic Grey, and Cosmo cricket mini books and I ordered this awesome acrylic album! So I might try to dabble a lil bit!
I'm also trying to refine my scrappy "style". I find it so difficult to do those fancy LO's (how do you all do that any ways?). And my eye is always caputured by simple clean layouts with eye catching photography and great color theory. So here's a few I was playing around with.
I just love love love the way they turned out! And I think I'm gonna stick with this style for a while. Do you all find it difficult to find your style? I know I do and I've been designing for almost 2 years now! Sheesh! lol

Well look at what I woke up to this morning!! You have to admit it's so beautiful! But I am sooo not a fan of snow! There was so much snow that you can't even see the lake back there! Yeah! There's a lake somewhere under all that snow! And it's a big one too!
And of course! No School Today!! Happpy Happy Joy Joy!!
So I bundled the kiddies up and we went outside to play. They had a blast and managed to get snow in every oraface of their little bodies. All the nooks, cranies and cracks! I made them stop promtly at the garage door and stip down to their skivies before I'd let them back in the house! lol
And they promptly went to their favorite places in the house. It's cool how different they are. Jonahton is a true boy and Breauna is a true girl.
Breauna has a very girly cutesy room and she loves it so much. We had it painted pink and as you can see she's filled the walls with as much stuff as possible. We got her a laptop for Christmas and she LIVES on it!! Thank goodness for parental controls! LOL. Don't you just love that old fashion headboard and foot board. I wanted to do her room Shabby Chic, but she was having none of that.
Jonathon is a kitchen man. He loves to eat and help me cook. Amazing that he's only 45lbs. Thank goodness for fast metabolisms. I think he might be going through a growth spurt. He stays in that kitchen pantry! Maybe we have a future chef.
For those who don't know. We just recently moved up here from TX. We've been trying to get settled in the house. It's big and pretty. I love the kitchen and the bathrooms are so big.
The laundry room is awesome too. I honestly could stay here forever. And the lake!! Oh it's so pretty. Well maybe I should call in a large pond. lol
Hmmm. I might have to scrap about the kids favorite rooms or their favorite things! That's a great memory to have!
Well I better get off of here! lol
